By making any purchase, these General Conditions of Sale are deemed to be fully accepted.
The request for an order that has as its object a customized product is subject to a specific request by the customer, to be formulated following the instructions on the site itself.
The right of withdrawal is excluded for the purchase of customized products. In particular, customized products are made upon explicit request of the customer, consequently it is not possible to return them, except for manufacturing defects or errors in customization/size on our part. Products for which the application of the Patch is required are also considered customized products.
We make returns if the product is received in a different size or defective, in this case the exchange will be made immediately after receiving your return to the address that we will communicate to you via Instagram or Email.
The return IS NOT FREE and must be made through a POSTE ITALIANE office with Posta 1 mode, which costs €5, which WILL be returned to you as a voucher to be spent within the e-commerce.
In case a product does not fit, because you have mistakenly selected the wrong size, or an incorrect customization,
we can however put it in "ready for delivery", once we receive the photos (well taken)
Once sold, we will give you a voucher equal to the accumulated credit, which can be spent on our site
BILLING
The request for invoicing will be made at the same time as the order confirmation. The Customer will receive the same day he places the order and receives the Order Confirmation email, indicating: Order number, Email - Name, Surname Full address Date, Municipality and Province of birth of the invoice holder. The document will be sent subsequently to the requester in digital format via email.
If the customer finds a lack of conformity of the product, which is remembered to be a reply , the same has the right, at his choice, to request the repair or replacement without costs, unless the requested remedy is impossible or excessively expensive compared to the other. In the event that replacement or repair are not possible or are excessively expensive, the customer can request an appropriate reduction in the price or the termination of the contract and the reimbursement of a sum commensurate with the value of the goods, in exchange for the return of the defective product. The termination of the contract is however excluded in the case of minor defects of conformity.
Following the complaint, labottegadelcalcio.it will arrange with the customer to ensure that the latter sends his return to the address provided via chat/email, after checking the existence of the non-conformity, at the customer's choice, to the repair or replacement of the defective good, without charging any costs, unless the requested remedy is impossible or excessively expensive compared to the other; or, if replacement or repair are not possible, to the reduction of the price or the refund of a sum, commensurate with the value of the good. It is however the right to labottegadelcalcio.it propose available alternative remedies, such as, for example, the replacement of the product with another of a different nature but equivalent value, chosen from those displayed on the site, or the release of a voucher of value corresponding to the amount paid, to be used subsequently by contacting us by email. In the event that the customer accepts, labottegadelcalcio.it will provide the specifically proposed remedy.
The legal guarantee lasts 2 (two) years from the delivery of the goods and must be asserted within 2 (two) months from the discovery of the defect: it is therefore necessary to report the lack of conformity as soon as possible and always keep the proof of purchase. The Customer can directly formulate the complaint in writing by registered mail.
